TNT Scans 600 Million Pages Per Year with ibml ImageTrac

TNT Business Solutions, one of Europe’s largest BPO operations, needed to improve efficiency, increase throughput, and reduce the costs of its high-volume document scanning services. Working with ibml and its ImageTrac intelligent scanning platform, TNT sought a faster, more capable replacement for its previous Kodak i800 Series scanners.

ibml implemented two ImageTrac units with SoftTrac, DocNetics, and DynamicTIFF software across TNT’s scanning centres, phased in to avoid service disruption. The result was 600 million pages processed per year, faster production, lower operating costs, and six-figure annual savings, along with reduced labor, maintenance, and consumables costs.
