INTRUST Reduces Costs and Enhances Service with ibml Solution

INTRUST Bank, a regional Midwestern bank, faced rising customer demands for remittance data capture and declining check volumes that made lockbox processing harder and more costly. Its aging scanner was also at end of life and could not be upgraded to the bank’s new Windows environment, so INTRUST turned to ibml for intelligent data capture software and hardware.

ibml implemented a solution with capture software and three ImageTracDS 1085 desktop scanners, including one for disaster recovery. The deployment went live the same week it was installed, helped INTRUST cut scanning time to less than one-third, and improved deadline performance by 20%. INTRUST also increased monthly processing from 68,000 to 88,000 full-page items, reduced lockbox overtime by 4.5%, and improved image quality and operational resilience.
