IBM helped HMHS address this challenge with IBM UrbanCode software and IBM Business Process Manager.
HMHS implemented IBM UrbanCode Release, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, and IBM UrbanCode Build, integrated with IBM Business Process Manager to automate configuration changes and standardize deployment workflows. The IBM solution enabled self-service processes, consistent deployments, and better version control, helping HMHS roll out updates faster and more reliably. The measurable impact included an estimated savings of 210 staff hours per year, along with improved consistency and rapid, continual application and process improvement.
