International Medical Corps (IMC), a global humanitarian nonprofit, needed faster access to actionable information to improve disaster response during the critical first 72 hours. With multiple spreadsheets and reporting systems slowing analysis, IMC turned to IBM Analytics to better allocate resources, forecast finances, and support emergency teams with timely insights.

IBM implemented a centralized IBM Analytics platform using tools such as Cognos TM1, Cognos Analytics, and SPSS Statistics to unify reporting and predictive analysis. The solution reduced manual spreadsheet consolidation, delivered real-time dashboards, enabled offline access for field teams, and helped shorten response times so IMC could deploy responders faster and improve care outcomes.
