IBM’s Watson solution collects, indexes and analyzes millions of social media conversations to reveal consumer behaviors, attitudes and psychographics at scale. Using IBM Watson, 113 Industries expanded the scope and efficiency of research, enabled large‑scale product testing, shortened new‑product launches to three to six months, and gave clients unprecedented confidence in launch decisions.
