Credico (USA) LLC, which manages 2,000–3,000 tablets for more than 200 independent sales offices across the US and beyond, needed a better way to enforce tablet policies, control data usage, and gain visibility into devices in the field. Its previous mobile device management system left only 40%–60% of tablets compliant, offered little reporting, and made it difficult to support ISO owners or prevent costly misuse.

IBM implemented IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson, a cloud-based unified endpoint management solution, to improve compliance, reporting, and self-service device control. The result was 100% tablet policy compliance, a 64% reduction in monthly data charges from USD 70,000 to USD 25,000, and faster support for app deployment and device management through AI-driven insights and end-user tools.
