DMC, a fast-growing Egyptian media company, needed a way to distribute large TV episode files to multiple broadcasters quickly, securely, and reliably without missing tight syndication deadlines. As its content and partner network expanded, DMC worked with IBM and its partner Systems Design to find a scalable file-transfer platform; the product used was IBM Aspera Enterprise.

IBM implemented IBM Aspera Enterprise to speed up file transfer, automate and monitor workflows, and secure content with encryption and access controls. The result was a major boost in performance, with transfer speeds increasing from 20 Mbps to 100 Mbps, helping DMC handle more content with the same team and deliver shows on time, every time.
