Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Turkey’s leading life insurance and private pension provider, faced a sudden regulatory requirement to prepare and distribute annual pension account statements to millions of customers within just ten days. To meet this tight deadline and modernize inefficient, manual document processes, the company engaged IBM, adopting IBM Hybrid Cloud capabilities and enterprise content management tools such as IBM Content Manager OnDemand and IBM Content Navigator.

IBM implemented a new document-generation workflow, deployed Content Manager OnDemand with Content Navigator, and moved to secure encrypted download links and automated archiving. As a result, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik met the 10-day regulatory deadline, cut storage needs from about 1 TB to 2.5 GB (>99% reduction), achieved roughly 70% cost savings, and improved document management quality of service by 75%, while enabling faster retrieval and scalable handling of growing customer volumes.
