Transactis, founded by La Banque Postale and Société Générale, is a major French payments operator facing the challenge of ensuring high availability and real-time processing for instant payments at growing transaction volumes. To support its IBM DataPower-based payment infrastructure, Transactis also adopted IBM Expertise Connect for high-level technical expertise and responsive support.

IBM implemented IBM DataPower and IBM Expertise Connect to help Transactis manage architecture, deployment, support, and incident handling with a dedicated technical account manager. The result was faster problem resolution, improved stability and resilience, and smoother operations; Transactis processed 146 million instant payments in 2022, with volumes expected to more than double in 2023.
