IBM, working with Business Partner Persistent Systems, implemented IBM Cloud Pak for Network Automation to deliver end-to-end service orchestration and automated lifecycle management. The solution enabled self-service activation, dynamic service chaining, and closed-loop operations with auto-healing and auto-scaling, helping TIME deploy services with about 80% less effort and reduce manual work for operations at scale by roughly 20x.
