IBM and Thein Digital used IBM watsonx.ai and IBM Watson Discovery to centralize product knowledge into a single searchable base and generate answers in natural language. The pilot delivered a 50% reduction in time spent on RFIs, a 32% increase in accuracy and consistency, and a 44% improvement in the speed and quality of responses to ad hoc queries, while linking answers back to source documents for verification.
