Sutherland Global Services, a global digital transformation company handling sensitive customer data and critical business functions, wanted to replace its manual cybersecurity threat detection process with a faster, more scalable approach. Working with IBM and the IBM Security QRadar Suite, the company aimed to improve how it identified and responded to cyberthreats.

IBM implemented the QRadar Suite to add AI-based anomaly detection, user-behavior analytics, predictive analytics, and centralized SIEM capabilities. The results included more than 200 automated alerts, mean time to detect reduced from days or weeks to just hours, faster response times, fewer false positives, stronger threat intelligence, better compliance management, and lower costs from reduced manual monitoring.
