Stepping confidently into new markets

Gatronova Group, a Pakistani industrial group spanning chemicals, textiles, and packaging, needed to replace 2,800+ siloed workflows and multiple legacy ERP systems to support expansion into new markets and acquisitions. With IBM, it began a digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA on IBM Power and IBM Storage to create a single, integrated process landscape.

IBM helped Gatronova Group deploy SAP S/4HANA on IBM Power E950 servers with FlashSystem storage, backup protection, and high-availability support. The result was consolidation of more than 2,800 processes into 150 SAP workflows, with month-end closing expected to speed up by 75% and around 40% operational cost avoidance from reduced space, power, and cooling.
