IBM implemented Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, including modules for Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Compensation Management. This provided Standard Life with a single, integrated view of its workforce and established a direct link between performance and reward. The solution delivered significant measurable impact, reducing the time to calculate employee bonus payments from six weeks to just two weeks—an improvement of more than 66 percent.
