IBM helped CarbonHelix implement QRadar for broad visibility and flexible integrations across on-premises, cloud, air-gapped, and legacy systems, while using machine learning-based UBA and NTA to spot anomalies faster and automate response through QRadar SOAR. The solution improved detection and response speed, and in one healthcare case helped identify an infected MRI machine before it spread further, enabling rapid shutdown and patching to avoid patient-care disruption.
