IBM implemented a solution using IBM Connections and content analytics to identify hidden subject matter experts across the organization by analyzing employee activity. The IBM solution used predictive models to create personalized skill development plans, which reduced the need for separate training resources. This allowed CEMEX to accelerate employee expertise, improve knowledge dissemination, and measure the learning return on investment.
