To deliver a centralized, easy‑to‑deploy SOC service for businesses that lacked the resources to monitor and manage multiple security tools, Silverfern chose IBM products—principally IBM Security QRadar (SIEM and SOAR) delivered via IBM Cloud Pak for Security.

Using IBM Security QRadar SIEM and QRadar SOAR, Silverfern launched its QRadar Managed Detection and Response service with IBM’s support and an Embedded Solution Agreement to bundle licensing.
