SCOR SE increases user engagement to bolster risk mitigation

SCOR, a global reinsurer, needed a more modern Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution to improve internal control management and keep business users engaged in risk mitigation. Its aging system was hard to enhance, and SCOR wanted a flexible, user-friendly platform that could work across teams worldwide.

SCOR selected IBM OpenPages with Watson, running in IBM Cloud, and IBM also provided lab services and training to help customize and integrate the platform. The rollout improved user acceptance across the enterprise, reduced the effort required for self-assessments, and streamlined governance processes, with SCOR saying users began asking for additional tools on the platform.
