Using IBM Granite models, watsonx.ai, Watson Discovery, watsonx.data, and watsonx.governance, yappyBuy improved response quality, reduced latency, and built a more scalable assistant for beta launch. The solution is designed to boost customer engagement, support cross-selling and up-selling, and reduce checkout drop-off to increase sales and revenue.
