GrabTV, an interactive television shopping company, wanted to turn traditional one-way TV commerce into a two-way, scalable platform called T-Commerce. The result was a strong pilot delivered in nine months with a 96% user engagement rate, and GrabTV secured its first major investor within a year, helping position the company for continued growth.
