Rebendo AB, an IBM Business Partner, needed a better way to uncover hidden IT and application inefficiencies for customers—especially high-transaction organizations like banks and insurers that experienced delays but couldn’t identify the cause. To address this challenge, Rebendo turned to IBM Instana Observability to build a new managed service, Rebendo Insight, that could provide real-time monitoring and greater visibility into IT and network operations.
IBM helped Rebendo launch Rebendo Insight with Instana integrated into a centralized dashboard, enabling observability across multiple data sources and existing APM tools. The result was second-by-second insight, faster issue resolution, and more predictive operations; in one Stockholm project, Rebendo said the approach saved the customer 2 years and 4 months of setup time, while reducing onsite oversight to less than one day per week on average.
