Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit behavioral healthcare providers, needed to improve the reliability of its incident tracking and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Because doctors, educators, caregivers, and other staff depend on accurate, up-to-date information, Devereux turned to IBM and its SevOne Network Performance Management software to gain better visibility into its critical IT environment.
IBM implemented SevOne NPM to monitor Devereux’s infrastructure in real time, with granular visibility, baselining, alerting, and reporting. As a result, Devereux now detects about 40% of issues before end-user impact and has eliminated 3 hours of downtime per SAN incident, while also improving reporting, reducing preventable incidents, and saving time and money.
