IBM implemented an AI-driven trend forecasting solution that analyzed thousands of websites and millions of social posts to identify emerging flavor trends and improve decision-making. As a result, LOTTE Confectionery can detect consumer trends earlier, develop new products based on consumer behavior, and bring products to market faster.
