A IBM Case Study
The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) needed a scalable, secure way to manage large, complex research data sets and move beyond data silos. To support applied research across its four domains, LIST turned to IBM and its IBM Cloud Pak for Data and IBM Watson Knowledge Studio solutions to build a more open and collaborative AI and data platform.
IBM helped LIST implement the AIDA hybrid platform, creating a centralized, secure environment for data management, analytics, and AI across internal teams and external partners. The result was faster data insights, improved productivity, stronger governance and privacy compliance, and better reuse of knowledge and components, helping LIST accelerate innovation and support future ambitions like a digital twin of Luxembourg.
