To support this digital transformation, the company worked with IBM, using IBM OpenPages with Stratos Analytics to re-engineer risk management processes and create a user-friendly solution that could be implemented quickly.
IBM implemented IBM OpenPages in SaaS mode to centralize risk and compliance management, streamline workflows, and extend the platform from operational risk to governance and other risk types. The results included up to a 70% reduction in user data entry, better monitoring and reporting, a unified view of operational and non-operational risks, and improved efficiency and control across the organization.
