Post Luxembourg, the country’s leading postal, telecommunications and financial services provider (22 subsidiaries, over 4,300 employees), needed to improve customer experience and business agility by unifying access controls and creating a single‑sign‑on (SSO) portal for multiple services. They engaged IBM and deployed IBM Security Access Manager to provide a centralized authentication platform across web and mobile applications.

IBM implemented the single authentication platform, enabling customers to manage postal, financial and telecom accounts with one set of credentials and simplifying companywide access monitoring. The IBM solution allowed Post Luxembourg to reuse security components to speed application development, deliver SSO across services, and help analysts respond faster to suspicious activity — improving customer experience, development velocity and security operations.
