IFIM Business School, a top business school in India, sought to address a significant market gap by creating a program to equip students with practical big data and analytics skills, which were in high global demand from employers. To achieve this, the school partnered with vendor IBM to develop a new executive education curriculum.
The solution, an Executive PGDM program in Business Analytics, was developed and supported by IBM. It provided students with hands-on experience using IBM BigInsights, IBM SPSS, and IBM Cognos. This partnership resulted in a highly marketable program that opened new career opportunities for students, successfully addressed the skills gap, and attracted new applicants to the school.
