Case Study: Netox Oy achieves scalable cybersecurity services with IBM QRadar and IBM Storage

IBM Business Partner Netox uses the IBM Security QRadar SIEM solution and IBM Storage to power a SOC that delivers trusted security services

Netox Oy, an IBM Business Partner in Finland, needed a cybersecurity platform that could scale with rapid growth and support its managed security services across many customers. Its earlier SIEM approach was inconsistent and difficult to expand, making it hard to deliver visibility and fast response as customer environments grew more complex. IBM Security QRadar SIEM and IBM Storage were selected to help Netox build a more reliable SOC foundation.

IBM implemented QRadar as a multitenant, scalable core for Netox Trust, along with IBM FlashSystem storage, IBM Cloud Object Storage, and IBM Storage Insights. The result was a single platform that now supports cybersecurity for around 200 customers, improves visibility across environments, reduces false positives, and helps analysts detect and resolve threats faster. The IBM solution also strengthened Netox’s service delivery and supported continued business growth.
