IBM Blueworks Live SaaS offering helps credit union win prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

Elevations Credit Union wanted to become a more process-driven organization and better serve its members, but it lacked clear documentation of how its processes worked together. To support that goal, the credit union turned to IBM and its IBM Blueworks Live cloud-based offering to help map and understand its interconnected procedures.

IBM helped Elevations use Blueworks Live to document, link, and analyze processes across the enterprise, creating a process repository that exposed redundancies and bottlenecks. The results were significant: a 52% reduction in average time to fund home equity loans, a 61% reduction in average time from application to funding of car loans, and a 71% increase in loans handled per underwriter, helping Elevations win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
