i-PRO, a global sensing and imaging company formed after becoming independent from Panasonic, needed to unify and standardize HR operations across Japan, China, and the US while improving performance management and employee visibility. The company turned to IBM Consulting and Workday Human Capital Management to replace fragmented processes with a cloud-based global HR system.
IBM implemented the Workday-based solution in just seven months, using a fit-to-standard approach and remote delivery during COVID-19. The rollout went live simultaneously in three countries, giving i-PRO full access to org charts, employee profiles, and OKR targets across the business, while creating a foundation for future HR expansion and stronger global collaboration.
