i-PRO drives innovation by streamlining the back office

i-PRO, a surveillance specialist spun off from Panasonic, needed to quickly build independent back-office, ERP, finance, sales, and reporting systems after becoming a new standalone company. To do so, i-PRO worked with IBM and SAP, with IBM Consulting helping design the new environment around SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Salesforce.

IBM helped i-PRO migrate 11 core legacy systems to the cloud, consolidate data into a central database, and standardize processes globally. The company completed the transition in just under two years instead of three, gained real-time visibility into sales and finance, and improved decision-making and operational efficiency as it expanded internationally.
