ADSI, a B2B managed services provider in Essex, England, wanted to expand its mobile offerings to meet customer demand for better security, visibility, and control over business devices, while also helping customers address GDPR requirements. After evaluating several products, ADSI chose IBM MaaS360 with Watson Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) to launch a new Mobile Device Management service.

IBM helped ADSI build a branded, flexible service for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and BlackBerry devices, with reporting, app controls, remote wipe, encryption, and compliance support. The rollout was fast, with initial setup completed in a couple of weeks and smaller customers onboarded in as little as 24 hours. As a result, ADSI gained a new revenue stream, improved customer satisfaction, and saw customers often upgrade their hardware and airtime through ADSI afterward.
