IBM helped implement a 6-week pilot that combined traditional machine learning with generative AI and large language models to create custom labels, metadata tags, and richer document insights. The solution reduced document classification time from a few minutes to 2.4 seconds, with only outlier documents needing human review, improving speed, quality, and efficiency for Digital Office Company’s customers.
