Finologee S.A., a digital finance platform operator serving banks and insurance companies, needed to simplify complex KYC, onboarding, and regulatory compliance processes that were slow, paper-heavy, and costly. To support its open banking and compliance offerings, it used IBM API Connect to build API-based solutions that could be delivered as white-labeled services for financial clients.

IBM helped Finologee implement a multi-tenant API management platform, with IBM DataPower Gateway adding security and user validation. The result was a faster digital onboarding flow that reduced a 15-page paper process to 8–10 minutes and helped banks increase new-customer conversion rates by 6X, while improving compliance and customer experience.
