IBM helped Pronto Software integrate IBM Cognos Analytics into Pronto Xi and used IBM Garage design thinking, AI training, and hackathon-led prototyping to develop new automation use cases. The collaboration produced an industry-first tightly integrated reporting solution and is now advancing AI-powered scheduling and other ERP functions, helping customers make faster, more accurate decisions and improve efficiency across key workflows.
