Bank Mandiri faced rising cyber threats and a shortage of internal skills to respond effectively, while also needing “future-proof” technologies to strengthen business continuity. To address this, the bank partnered with IBM Services to build a more cyber-resilient security platform and support its security operations.

IBM implemented a managed Security Operation Center in just 7 months, using IBM Resilient, IBM X-Force, IBM QRadar SIEM, and business continuity/disaster recovery services. The result was faster threat detection, improved ability to detect, isolate, respond and recover from disruptions, and a holistic cyber resilience framework that strengthened Bank Mandiri’s preparedness for future attacks.
