CSM BVBA, a Belgian provider of cloud-based customs solutions for SMEs, needed to prepare for growing demand without slowing down its responsive, 24/7 service. To support its expansion and rising customs-declaration volumes, the company turned to IBM Power Systems and IBM i.

IBM implemented IBM Power Systems S814 and 8202-E4B servers running IBM i, with support from IBM Business Partner CD Invest for the migration. As a result, CSM BVBA increased customs document processing by 50%, supported a 50% larger client base without reducing service levels, and doubled service availability, helping reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
