A IBM Case Study
The CSL Group, a global operator of self-unloading ships, needed to improve efficiency and reduce costs across finance, human resources, and procurement without hurting service quality. To modernize its back-office platform, the company worked with IBM and Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud.
IBM implemented the cloud-based Oracle solutions and used its Agile Implementation Method to support a flexible, lower-risk migration. The new setup automated manual work, streamlined invoice approvals, and improved financial processes; CSL Group also expects faster reporting, lower total cost of ownership, and better decision-making.
