ElectronicPartner, a Germany-based consumer electronics wholesaler, needed to optimize business processes and keep prices competitive while protecting margins across its B2C and B2B operations. To support its move to SAP S/4HANA and improve inventory, supply chain, and logistics management, the company turned to IBM Power and related IBM infrastructure.

IBM implemented IBM Power E980 servers, PowerVM virtualization, and IBM FlashSystem 5030 storage to run SAP S/4HANA alongside existing SAP workloads on a single platform. As a result, ElectronicPartner accelerated key business processes by up to 2X, gained real-time insight from millions of records, improved operational efficiency, and reduced migration risk while keeping its on-premises environment cost-effective and scalable.
