Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI), the IT and digital transformation arm of the Doosan Group, needed to strengthen its cybersecurity posture as the company expanded digital transformation across operations in more than 40 countries. Facing rising phishing, ransomware, and other threats, DDI worked with IBM Security to move from fragmented regional security efforts to a more proactive, globally coordinated approach using IBM Security X-Force and related security capabilities.

IBM implemented a global security architecture centered on a unified global SOC, 24/7 “follow the sun” monitoring, Cybereason EDR, and IBM Security QRadar SOAR on IBM Cloud Pak for Security. The result was faster deployment of the new environment in less than a year and about an 85% reduction in threat response times, while also improving visibility, collaboration, and employee security awareness through lower phishing click rates.
