IBM deployed Maximo to centralize asset maintenance, automate work orders, integrate with ERP, CRM and BIM systems, and provide predictive insights through Maximo Health. The results included a 95% improvement in customer satisfaction, an 85% faster work order close time, and a 95% improvement in the ability to measure contractor performance, control maintenance activities and reduce paperwork.
