Odin, a leading provider of cloud software solutions, needed a more effective way to train its global employees and over 10,000 service provider partners. Odin implemented the IBM Kenexa LMS and LCMS Premier on Cloud from IBM. This solution automated the certification process, provided an intuitive and agile learning platform, and freed up the training team to focus on content creation. As a result, the number of users on the platform more than doubled to 800 employees and many more partners within just four months, ensuring higher quality services for its customers worldwide.
