Using IBM’s threat feed, Centripetal integrated millions of threat indicators into its RuleGATE gateway to automatically shield highest-risk traffic bi-directionally, with no noticeable network delay. The result was faster, more proactive protection, reduced false alerts and event volume, and improved analyst efficiency; in one large hospital deployment, Centripetal reported a 70% reduction in attacks requiring investigation, helping lower costs and focus security teams on the most critical risks.
