A IBM Case Study
Control Risks Group, an independent global risk consultancy, needed to improve its subscription sales cycle. Fragmented data across disconnected systems and manual processes made it difficult for its team to track and seize key opportunities for trials, new sales, and renewals. This lack of visibility and automation risked missing crucial revenue opportunities.
IBM provided a solution built on IBM Business Process Manager, supplemented by IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management and IBM WebSphere Cast Iron integration tools. This suite of IBM software automated the company's workflows, giving the subscriptions team full visibility and enabling them to take the right actions at the right time. The solution significantly increased team productivity and virtually eliminated the risk of missing a sale. The success of this project led management to approve further IBM-based initiatives to improve efficiency across the business.
