IBM deployed nine finance robots to automate key processes across fund management, accounting, billing, and receivables. The solution delivered 100% accuracy for tedious, high-frequency tasks, cut labor hours by 74% on average in invoicing and fund management, and reduced monthly report preparation time from 10 days to 6 days. IBM’s automation also improved compliance, efficiency, and 24x7 processing while eliminating much of the department’s overtime.
