To deliver a single pane of glass, improve capacity planning and raise service accountability, BT Business selected IBM’s SevOne Network Performance Management (SevOne NPM) and SevOne NPM Professional Services.
Working with IBM, BT Business deployed SevOne NPM starting with two large customers and migrated over 800 more, now monitoring more than 200,000 devices and 5.5 million performance objects in real time. The IBM solution consolidated monitoring systems by roughly 80%, enabled ML‑driven baselining for faster fault detection, sped up reporting at scale and sharply reduced integration and licensing costs—saving BT Business millions annually while improving proactive remediation and customer visibility.
