APIS IT creates integrated monitoring for complex networks using IBM Service Management software

APIS IT d.o.o., a Zagreb-based IT services provider with about 400 employees, faced mounting complexity across mainframes and diverse servers and needed a comprehensive way to integrate monitoring data into a single view of IT operations. To address this, APIS IT engaged IBM and implemented IBM Service Management Suite for z/OS and IBM Service Management Unite to centralize monitoring across its environment.

IBM’s solution provided a single point of control that automatically gathers hardware and software monitoring data (including third‑party systems) and delivers predefined dashboards for visibility. As a result, APIS IT achieved 99.91% availability under revised SLAs, gained one point of management for its complex infrastructure, and moved to a more proactive approach to IT operations.
