Anheuser-Busch InBev streamlines its HR landscape with the help of IBM Consulting

Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) needed to fix a fragmented, highly localized HR landscape that made processes inconsistent across regions, increased paperwork, and limited collaboration and efficiency. To support its global workforce of nearly 170,000 employees, the company worked with IBM Consulting and selected Workday as its human capital management platform.

IBM Consulting helped AB InBev integrate legacy HR applications with Workday and standardize processes across geographies, even while working remotely during COVID-19. The result was a single global system and a “single source of truth” for HR data, end-to-end testing with a 100% pass rate, reduced administrative hours, and improved employee and manager self-service. AB InBev also gained better analytics capabilities and began measuring KPIs such as NPS and experience metrics.
