Repo Cyber Ltd. needed a highly secure, scalable cloud platform to build and deploy an AI-enhanced smart city app that lets citizens anonymously report crimes and other concerns. The company turned to IBM and IBM Cloud® to support the app’s development while protecting user identities and keeping costs and risk low.

IBM helped Repo Cyber design a hybrid, multicloud solution using IBM Cloud, IBM Watson® AI services, IBM API Connect®, IBM Blockchain Platform, and other IBM tools. In Kiryat Yam, the app drove more than a 450% increase in reports within two weeks, improved service levels by about 30%, reduced C&C response times by 20%, and boosted police efficiency by more than 35%, while residents’ sense of safety rose by over 50%.
