Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private property developer, wanted to accelerate its digital transformation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and the use of its digital assets. To support this, it turned to IBM Consulting and its SAP ERP modernization services to address a critical legacy platform that needed urgent attention.

IBM Consulting helped Far East Organization migrate early from SAP ECC 6.0 to RISE with SAP S/4HANA and roll out Fiori mobile apps for more than 2,000 employees. The project was completed as planned despite technical, resource, and timeline challenges, improving user experience and productivity, and positioning the company to adopt SAP innovations like Joule and SAP BTP; IBM Consulting was then selected as the application management services provider for the next five years.
